The 3rd Joint Trans-Atlantic Fisheries Technology Conference (TAFT) took place 15-18 September 2009, at Moltkes Palace in Copenhagen, Denmark.
As organizers we want to thank all speakers and participants for making the conference such a great success. The abstracts and presentations will be made available at this site when we have gathered all necessary permissions from the authors. Full papers from the conference will be published in a special conference proceedings issue of the Journal of Aquatic Food Product Technology.
