All authors having presented an oral contribution or a poster at the TAFT Conference are invited to submit a full paper or a research note to the Journal of Aquatic Food Product Technology. All submissions will be peer reviewed by the editorial board and experts selected for refereeing manuscripts.

Papers having been accepted for publication will be published in a special proceedings issue of the journal.
