Global supplies - new safety and quality challenges
Sustainable aquaculture for tailor made seafood
Seafood and health - benefits and perceived risks
More efficient utilization of aquatic raw material
Retaining nutritional value through the processing chain to the consumer's plate
Robotics and application of new technology in the seafood processing industry
There are further three sessions where students and young scientists will make short presentations of 5 min each.
The
Camo company, marketing the software 'Unscrambler', for statsistical data processing, has generously provided two awards to be presented for the best students and young scientists' presentation and two awards for the best posters. An award certificate will be issue together with licenses and free training for the software programme.
Finally there is an
industry session, where speakers will make short introductory presentations followed by a marketplace where products will be demonstrated and refreshments served.
